Starting point
Before choosing a long duration, list consistent duties and what changes around school, travel and guests. A realistic description helps discuss responsibilities and boundaries clearly.
after returning from travel
Prioritise essentials and spread accumulated duties over a realistic period instead of expecting immediate completion.
a weekly review
Review completed and deferred duties and their reasons, then agree changes to priorities or time instead of repeating an unsuitable list.
