Starting point
Identify materials needing special care and keep manufacturer instructions near supplies. Explain permitted products instead of trying something because it suits a different surface.
for a multi-level villa
Describe floors and supply locations, and order duties to reduce unnecessary trips between levels.
introducing and handing over duties
Explain duties with examples, show supply storage and agree how to ask questions; do not rely on a written list alone.

Before agreeing
Do not mix cleaning products and follow their labels; damage treatment and specialist work require an appropriate provider.
